Our Safety Non-Negotiables

Search) Safety Observations

All staff must stay vigilant and proactively identify safety hazards and improvements. Each person is required to produce a minimum of two safety observations per month, and senior staff must regularly perform on-site safety walks and audits.

File Saved) Incident Reporting

Encourage employees to report all accidents, near-misses, and safety concerns without fear of reprisal. Thoroughly investigate the root cause to foster a culture of continual improvement.

Board) Safety Training

Equip personnel with the necessary skills and training to work safely. Each recruit should receive a detailed safety induction from an HSE professional.

Emergency) Emergency Response

Ensure plans are in place to effectively respond to an emergency or crisis. Conduct regular emergency drills to assess the preparedness of team members and identify areas for improvement. 

Shield (2)) Risk Management

Ensure thorough risk assessments are conducted for all activities to identify potential hazards and implement effective risk mitigation measures.

Helmet) Safety Equipment

Ensure safety equipment is always inspected, maintained, and replaced when necessary. Pay extra attention to the compliance of specialised equipment used in electrical work, working at heights, or in confined spaces.

Hand) Stop Work Authority

Everyone has the authority to STOP work when they believe it is unsafe.
